I present to you: Blue Harvest

Blue Harvest was founded 1,5 years ago by two top level engineers from Capgemini who wanted to comprise a new breed of highly skilled and emotionally intelligent engineers. From day one they have worked with a lot of energy and positivism and within 1,5 years they have grown our squad to almost 30 people. We are now a group of cool girls and guys who happen to have some pretty good social and programming skills. Do you think you fit this description? Then keep on reading!

Why do we need you?

First of all, we are always looking for more awesomeness. If you have a passion for innovation and know how to use your coding skills to give some of the largest banks and insurance companies a lead in the digital world you might just be what we are looking for. We need a team player who excels when working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams on innovative solutions.

You will have a complete playground at your disposal where you have access to the latest application frameworks, cloud technologies, experts and relevant customer user stories. This is where you can really bring life to your hackathon prototype babies that just needed a little more TLC.

How do you qualify?

Well, we are not your typical IT company. At Blue Harvest, software engineering is more than just coding; we believe social skills to be as important as your ability to write code. Strange enough, we believe that to be a great software engineer, your potential is at least as important as your experience. In order for you to thrive in our team we believe you need the following qualifications:

  • You at least have an IT related Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science
  • You have a strong passion for technology
  • You are highly motivated to bring your own, your team’s, and the customer’s game to a whole new level
  • With ‘game’ we mean your social and professional game J
  • You are knowledgeable about front-end or back-end software engineering

Op de selectiedag voer je 2 selectiegesprekken en eventueel een arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek. Zo weet je in 1 dag wat je mogelijkheden bij ons zijn!
Je bent de selectiedag doorgekomen! We doen je die dag al een aanbod wat je thuis nog even na kunt lezen.
