You will design customer experience solutions to guide Capgemini’s clients and contribute to these organizations in becoming customer centric. You will guide the client and our development team in realizing the SAP CX solution as per customer requirements, using a predefined methodology and focusing on the following activities:
- Design and guide the implementation on SAP Customer Experience solutions by going through the entire project cycle (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run).
- Conduct interviews and lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify business requirements and produce relevant use cases.
- Design technical architecture and integrations with backend solutions.
- Establish relationships with customer to deliver on-time high quality services.
- Effectively lead or be part of a project team ensuring successful delivery.
You are recognized as an expert on SAP Customer Experience and share your vision and experience with clients to guide them in their Digital Transformation. You will guide and help train Junior consultants and support them in certification.
You play an active role in pre-sales activities to help grow the SAP Customer Experience client portfolio for Capgemini. You also maintain good relations with your internal and external stakeholders, including SAP product managers and architects.
