eAPM Marketing Manager

eAPM is a decision-making framework addressing CIOs: leveraging the data describing their IT ecosystem, the eAPM approach assesses their currents as-is state to design and secure an IT transformation roadmap.

Context of the role

eAPM is a decision-making framework addressing CIOs: leveraging the data describing their IT ecosystem, the eAPM approach assesses their currents as-is state to design and secure an IT transformation roadmap.

It is designed to address two main burning platforms - where there is a business imperative for action:

  • The first is Streamline IT - for clients setting the stage for a broader transformation, where eAPM looks at business, technology, and cost dimensions in an integrated way to find levers for simplification and cost optimization.
  • The second is Move to Cloud - for clients looking to build their Cloud strategy to migrate and modernize their applications and infrastructure to the Cloud

eAPM is recognized both internally as a business enabler to position Capgemini on major new opportunities or for deal shaping, and externally by customers, partners and leading market Analyst and Advisor organizations.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support in creating / updating offer collateral on a regular basis – ppt, brochure, videos…
  • Conduct webinars related to eAPM new features/wins every quarter for the eAPM community
  • Create and publish a bi-monthly funnel report (mostly automated)
  • Create and publish Newsletters every quarter to the eAPM community
  • Update the .com and Talent webpages periodically
  • Anchor creation of testimonials (videos) – clients/internal
  • Support the creation of articles (e.g. new features, opinion pieces, etc.) for publication internally/externally
  • Support in partner management (e.g. AWS, ISG…) – could be organizing meetings, content for publication, etc.
  • Participate in monthly sales calls mainly to keep up with how we are progressing, client ask, etc.
  • Other supporting tasks (e.g. updation of training content, documents, maintaining the eAPM community etc.)

Experience & qualifications:

  • Experience of 10 years or above, in a relevant Business dev, Alliance or marketing role
  • Language & Presentation – Should be a proficient user of the English language (mandatory requirement) with proficiency in the reading, writing, speaking and listening skills and grammar and vocabulary with good presentation skills (virtual and real-time)
  • Cultural Awareness – should be able to grade one’s language (speech and writing) to suit the comprehension of the target audience, especially when the users are not native or proficient users of the English language
  • Personality – should be approachable, believe in and portray the 7 values of Capgemini at work, being an ambassador of the brand
  • Should be a creative individual who can initiate, visualize and manage campaigns, brands, identities within one’s scope of work with good aesthetic sensibilities
  • Should be a self-motivated individual who can make strong recommendations, challenge the plan, bring news ideas to the table, demonstrate persistence and obstinacy
  • Work & Time Management – should be able to meet deadlines based on the comms calendar and be flexible to work (when the need arises) stretchable work hours and days
  • Ability to grow his/her network with colleagues from the business, portfolio and group marcom teams at local and global levels
