Digital Platforms Campaign Lead

In the role of Digital Platforms Campaign Lead, you will be part of the Global ABM team, with responsibility for defining intent and behavioural driven customer journeys for our key strategic – Platinum Accelerator – accounts. Together with the PACE account teams and their supporting Account Based Marketing leads you will define the most relevant campaigns, and also recommend the optimal paid marketing campaigns. The success of the campaigns will also be monitored by you, with a view to improving performance, and providing access to best practice to marketing teams beyond the Global ABM team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of intent and behavioral driven customer journeys from identification through sales enablement
  • Create thorough and thoughtful strategic marketing plans for individual practices and the overall business
  • Own the execution of a full stack of paid marketing channels, driving maximum ROI across online and offline channels, including SEO, search, paid social, email, and direct strategies
  • Develop and drive growth experimentation including new channel, creative, or audience targeting strategies, and execute tests quickly to support learning, added scale, and cost efficiency
  • Lead analysis and reporting efforts of our marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement in performance
  • Work with brand marketing and design teams to develop messaging and creative to be used across our online and offline channels
  • Be a hands-on contributor, diving into day-to-day performance details, and launching new campaigns or making changes to existing ones when needed
  • Build an end to end automated MQL to enhanced Inside Sales SQL funnel to drive new accounts into the business

Experience & qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Experience with leading a large, multi-disciplinary marketing team including content development, operations, marketing technology, digital advertising, digital analytics and campaign strategy and execution
  • Experience with intent and/or propensity modelling driving to automated marketing and sales enablement
  • Previous experience managing a large marketing budget
  • ROI driven marketing success from lead generation through revenue attribution
  • 15+ years marketing automation, predictive marketing and analytics
  • Prior experience in B2B Marketing.
